The Carmel Valley History Center ROCKS!

This exhibit explores, in an interesting and understandable way, the Earth processes from the movement of tectonic plates to the lives of marine microorganisms that have formed Carmel Valley. By examining its rocks, we learn how they are important to understanding the tectonic history of California.

This exhibit was curated by Seth Williams, a geologist, who is currently a PhD. Candidate in Geomorphology at the University of Washington in Seattle.
